Slow Flow with Meditation
A gentle flowing introduction to yoga with Bible-based meditation
Service Description
A restorative and calming class, focused on gentle somatic and yoga movements, and some deeper stretching. Most of the practice is on the floor, but some balance and standing forms are included. This restful movement practice is for the body, mind, and soul. All levels are welcome. Classes are taught with a trauma-sensitive approach. Student safety and security is a high priority. Hands-on assistance is not given unless participant permission has been obtained before the start of class. Each practice begins with a theme introduction and a basic class flow breakdown to offer clear expectations. The class opens and closes with a prayer.
